Operation method:

1. Open the Run window by pressing Win+R, enter "Services.msc", and click OK, or navigate to Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Services, to open the Local Services manager.

2. Find the following service:

Shell Hardware Detection (provides notifications for AutoPlay hardware events).

3. Double-click on this service, set the startup type to Disabled, and click the Stop button below.

4. Restart for the changes to take effect.
