How to disable automatic window arrangement in Windows 7:

1. Simultaneously press the Windows key and the R key on the keyboard to open the Run window. Enter "RegEdit" and click OK to run it.

2. On the left side of the opened window, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop.

3. In the right pane, locate "WindowArrangementActive", double-click to open it, change the value from 1 to 0, click OK, and then restart the computer.
